Outpatient Services Program
The Adult Outpatient Program at Cascade is often the first contact after a client requests services.
Following the Intake Assessment a provisional diagnosis is given and if it is determined the client meets access to care standards, an appointment with an assigned case manager or therapist is offered to begin treatment.
Adult Outpatient works with people age 21- 59, for client's with shorter term needs. Often the client can resolve their concerns in less than 12 sessions. By learning and practicing skills and strategies for coping with symptoms, a return to functioning is restored. Clients are encouraged to use community supports like churches, NAMI, and sports teams to maintain a healthy outlook.
Therapeutic Interventions may include: Exposure Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Brief Intervention, and many more.
