How to Request Services
If you are interested in Mental Health services:
Your first step will be to request services. We will ask you questions about your health insurance. We will be checking to see if you are eligble for publicly funded services. If you have private insurance, we will help determine if your insurance will cover the cost of your care.
You can request services by:
- Calling us at 360-330-9044 or 800-559-6696. If you leave a voicemail outstide of our office hours, your message will be returned the next business day.
- Request services in person.
- You may be referred by your primary care physician. You will then be contacted by a staff member.
Your second step will be completing an Intake Assessment with one of our counselors. This assessment will determine if you have a mental health diagnosis that we are authorized to treat under your insurance.
For individuals with Apple Health (Medicaid), we offer walk-in Intake Assessments Monday through Friday starting at 8:00am. These services are provided on a first come, first served basis. Your Intake Assessment will take approximately 2 - 2.5 hours.
If you have commercial insurance please call to schedule an appointment. We will need to collect your insurance information at the time you are requesting services to determine if we have a provider that is in your medical plan's network.
